4.1 Rate schedule
Commission rates for each Associate type, level and role are published in your portal. Grid Nova may update the schedule with 15 (গ্রিড নোভার নিশ্চিতকরণ বাকি) days' notice; the rate that applies is the one in force on the date the customer's agreement is signed.
4.2 When commission is earned
Commission is earned only when a customer's payment has been received and verified in Grid Nova's bank account. It is earned in proportion to the amount verified. A recorded but unverified payment earns nothing.
4.3 Territory commission
Where applicable, State Heads, District Heads and Block Associates earn a territory commission on verified payments from customers in their territory, at the rates in the schedule.
4.4 Status of your commission
Each entry in your portal shows one of: Earned (payment verified) → Approved (checked by Grid Nova) → Paid (transferred, with bank reference). You can see which customer and which payment every entry relates to.
4.5 Payout
Approved commission is paid to your registered bank account monthly, by the 10th of the following month (গ্রিড নোভার নিশ্চিতকরণ বাকি). Payments are made only to a bank account in your own name.
4.6 Tax
Grid Nova deducts tax at source as required under the Income-tax law in force, and issues TDS certificates. Under the current rules, TDS on commission is 2% once your total commission in a financial year crosses ₹20,000, and 20% if a valid PAN is not provided. These rates may change with the law. If you are registered under GST, you must share your GSTIN and raise invoices as required.
4.7 Reversals
Commission is reversed, or recovered from future payouts, if the payment it was based on is reversed — for example, a cheque is dishonoured, a refund is made, or a project is cancelled — or if it was obtained through false information or a breach of the Associate Network Terms.
4.8 Queries
Raise any query about a commission entry through your portal within 30 (গ্রিড নোভার নিশ্চিতকরণ বাকি) days of it appearing. Grid Nova will respond within 15 (গ্রিড নোভার নিশ্চিতকরণ বাকি) working days.
4.9 Recognition
Grid Nova may recognise outstanding performance through awards, certificates and rankings. Recognition is at Grid Nova's discretion and is not a contractual entitlement.
